German mountain rescue service badges are not often seen in collections, this topic is almost unexplored. But some of this badges are really fashinating, so I decided to make a reference thread of them, as I collect them.
I am sure that more examples exist than I can show in this thread, so it would be great if you can show what you have in this collection regarding this topic.
I will focus only on pre-1945 badges in this thead.
I will start with the earliest montain rescue service badge of DuOeAV. This badges are very rare. I have 2 types of this badge: German-made and Austrian-made.
