Gendarmerie - Rural Police Uniforms

The feldgend cufftitle did exist on this type of uniform, the feldgendarmerie where recruited from police ranks and a cufftitle with feldgendarmerie was worn on the jacket until regular army uniforms became available, I have photographic evidence on this in use which I will post when photo bucket has stopped its maintenance.

Here is my summer weight Mottled Tunic. Looks to be left over blood on the inside and out of it.

The collar has very small and faded print on the back side. Pretty hard to read. Looks manufacture. But other then that, I could not find any other markings. I will look again this weekend and see.
