Meister d. Gendarmerie grouping, one of my favorites, totally righteous orginal...sad to say it's listed on estand...but only to replaced with another similar more extensive grouping.

Very nice uniforms but just one question...did they wear black or brown boots? I have hardly seen any boots in this thread

Now, could this pair be Police boots? I was told they were LW...but I tend to think they might be police.

They could well be Gendarmerie boots. Brown leather Police boots tended to be more orange in color than the brown worn by the Luftwaffe. It is a subtle difference and of course, privately purchased boots could be a variety of color shades.

Well, they certainly look like very light brown (orange if you wish) compared to the chocolate brown used on some LW equipment. I bought them in Poland, about 30 years ago...but was never sure they would be LW

Is this Der Speiss SS runes real?

I have a Lt Col in summer weight I will post later, your s is agreat!

Have a chance to get this but wanted some input on the SS patch. First time I had seen a real Der Speiss tunic, but curious about the patch. Any ideas?

Feldgendarmerie transaction M43 set with crusher

Does anyone have thoughts on this set? Love the unpiped Gendarm tunic, brown collar only, and cuff band looks good. What about the crusher with orange piping??? thanks
