nice buckles David!for some reason i never got into the early FAD NSAD stuff,they had nicer buckles than the RAD though!

A RAD ORs tunic with 'Deutsche Wehrmacht' cut-out from arm band sewn to arm.
What is especially interesting is the number of interior stamps, suggesting a numer of postings. Is the '11/36 the date; it appears twice?
Also one of the stampings has been crossed out by a 'cross'stamp...never seen that before.
Any comments would be welcome.

i was going to buy that tunic a few years ago but the sellers reputation for haveing put together uniforms stopped me from pulling the trigger on that one,at that time boxes of mint armshields from that abteilung were found (i have one box myself and have sold over 40 unit shields to forum members)can we see some close ups of the attachment of the insignia,under the collar etc.

I have heard that before, but I speak as I find and over the years I have bought 4 things from him. One I returned as I was unsure, but the other 3 were good, IMHO.
This jacket had been on his site for a long time and for the price there was always the risk it was perhaps put-together.
However, on this piecewhich is, I think genuine, as are the insignia (although the tabs dont tie in with the shoulder straps, but seem period applied), I am happy to keep it as an example of a worn RAD ORs tunic.
