help with police unit ID

need help to id a police unit ,,, there is a Mauser mod.1914 that is marked K.AR.111.18 any help with this unit would be grateful ,, thank you

It appears to be property marked to the Kriminal Polizei of Arnsberg (Prussia).

Just to add a little, Page 75 of History Writ In Steel reports four K.Ar.### weapons, three of which are Mauser M1914's, numbers 12, 22, and 165 for the Kripo at Dortmund district of Arnsberg. Is the '111' actually III? Any pictures?
