Here that kind of tunic such straps belong to

Jiri, Thanks for the comment! Sure, you can use the pictures. Hard to tell from the photo, although the straps with the gold buttons are red for traffic police. The dark green board is actually postwar Gendarmerie for Rhienland-Pfalz. I'll work on adding images of those you requested.
