The first photo with the circa 1934-36 Baden Polizei blue uniforms is interesting. I notice that the NCO in the front and on the end is wearing a KS98 that has plain black grips and a scabbard with nickel fittings. I have one of these bayonets and always thought it was a Police variation so now I know for certain it was worn by the Baden Polizei.
