if you go here a few pages further back in this topic you find the signatures of
SS-Gruppenführer Max Simon, commander of the 16th SS Panzergrenadier Division "Reichsführer-SS form October 1943 to October 1944 and SS-Oberführer Otto Baum commander of the 16th RFSS from October 1944 to the surrender.

                ciao Oriano

                  Hi all,
if it's not a problem I will post here another "italian" signature. EKII for a pionier!

The document is signed by Hanns von Rohr, commander of the 715. ID from end august 1944 till March 1945, when he was demoted, it seems he refused to shot the soldiers of his division, who had fled in front of the Russian tanks.

On September 2 1944 the divisional command post was near Molezzano - Vicchio - north east of Florence.
We are right on the Gothic Line, after 4 days the CP would have been in Marradi, behind the Gothic Line.

You can see an original map of the 10th Army dated 3.9.44. In the area there is a wonderful and old villa.... Poggio Bartoli. Maybe the CP was there, who knows!

and another signature of Steinmetz as commander of the officiers camp of the Rimini Enklave (the only German General present at the POW camp of Rimini with commander General Polack) in a particular certificate, the appointment of a university professor in September 1945 as a professor of the University of Rimini Enklave, the Alma Mater Bellariensis
