Most Waffen-SS KC and KC proposals are stolen, those I have seen that were not were unapproved (a box of rejected Silver proposals apparently came home as a trophy)

Considering "low end mentally" collectors steal funeral ribbons after burial ceremonies, rob collectors, and steal from dealer tables, I doubt being stolen matters to the low life category of collector (or dealer). They rate with those who dig up graves looking for items.

What was with the "Zweitschrift" from a knights cross winner which was offer in a german auctions house ? From the archiv ?
