Here is the original Bruno Jacob painting in the form of a Heinrich Hoffmann published postcard. Hoffmann also sold this image in the form of prints suitable for framing. The image shown in the OP's image does not quite match this Jacob image as evidenced by the angle of the tie and collar.

It's quite common for artists to produce their own versions of particular well known paintings. There are literally thousands of different portrait paintings of Hitler where the artist only had a previous image to use as a model. The vast majority are very amateur, but a number are quite expertly executed.

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Why are you so aggressive? I was just clarifying to the OP that it wasn't Jacob's actual painting, but probably one of many attempted copies based on it as my original post didn't make it clear. It's over-sensitive and rude replies like yours that ruin reasonable discussion and put people off joining in.
