if the former owner was part of the 326. Volksgrenadier-Division, he took part in the Battle of the Bulge, but about 45 km further north, around the town of Monschau... thats actually 20km away from where I live!

that's right, had been a little while since I researched this group and Monschau was were I thought he was, looks closer when you look at the map
