Austrian police pre-NS style and color. They are actually very dark green. These were used for some unknown time post Anschluss by regular Austrian cops and later reused by auxiliaries. These guys are auxiliaries, as evidenced by the armband so could be almost anytime during the war years.

Firemen didn't carry rifles. They are wearing Hilfspolizei armbands. This photo has been discussed on the police forum.
