A predecessor of Muck's book Kampfgruppe Scherer - 105 Tage eingeschlossen - a special issue of Der Feldzeitung von der Maas bis an die Memel (newspaper of AOK 16). Note "100 Tage".

AOK 16 published dozens of booklets for their soldiers (the series is named Graue Reihe). Here's one about Cholm, published very late war.

Polizei Oberleutnant Kurt Krull (later he moved to SS and got DKiG) told his Cholm story in a Gelsenkirchen newspaper with beautiful illustration made by Schlimmer.
