Any thoughts and / or information regarding this wooden Feldpost ink stamp? The base is wooden with a very heavy brass bottom.

No idea about the stamp itself but the Feldpost Number belongs to...

Thank you Hucks, that's actually some of the information I was looking for. I've done some extensive searching, and there's not a whole lot out there on these ink stamps. Mostly what I'm finding is that there are a lot of Polish / Eastern European repros out there. I've been burned once many years ago.
I'd like to think this time around that I've got a good one.
I did read on one of the postings that most stamps were of the rubber variety; however, some feldpost ones were brass. Can anyone confirm this?
