It's a very interesting picture,the feldwebel in the middle only has some short pieces of silver braiding around his collar patches instead of having it all around his collar,economic result,I guess.
I have this picture only in black and white and much smaller,so thanks again !!

this kind of Collar tabs are typical for this type of air force blouse with the covered buttons, no economic reason.
