Not sure about the exact name of the "S...wska" place, but I think it says "bei Pleskau". Pleskau is the German name for Pskow [Псков] in Northwestern Russia.

Pleskau is a very possible version. Not sure, so far, as to the place name that goes before " ... bei". It may begin with "Sch-" or "So-"

As to other words, it seems to be "Werstatt im Wald". And it could be "Rußl[and] im August".
