I read " Euchen - Often"
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euchen
It could be a village north of Euchen called "Ofden" (google map)

I believe that the first note is from a town called Nove Dvory, in county Kutna Hora in the today’s Czech Republic...
The message says something like... Private Gerhard Kunze was on 9/5/45 in (can’t read it, but it could say Semtes) by the National Committee voluntarily disarmed.
The National Committees administered municipalities in the former Czechoslovakia and more info can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_...Czechoslovakia)

It would be helpful to know the context of the signature and the approximate date.

Hi Gerdan,
This is a reverse of a great portrait photograph made by my favorite photographer, Tita Binz in Berlin.
It shows a German WH officer and there are not additional marks/dates present.
Regards,
Mark
