I read the abbreviatin "Mb." - could be the abbreviated name of the towm - may be "Marburg"

The 14. February 1945 was not a Montag but Mittwoch and it would not make sense to give the

day of the week in such a document.

" Rev. " could be the abbreviation for "Revier".

Is the entry related to a medical/hospital entry? Revier - Krankenrevier?

The signature you can read " Rullin " which is a family name.

              Thanks again Gerdan!
Yes, its a writing that this Luftwaffe soldier got wounded in Marienburg (Malbork).
There was a Luftwaffen-krankenrevier nearby, 11 km. away, in Kunzedorf (Kończewice).

Due to this, i think there is a possibility that the wounded soldier went to this LW-krankenrevier. But its no 100% prove ofcourse. There are no Lazarett entries. It seems the soldier stayed with his unit.

It looks like the medical page of a Soldbuch.
I think it says: "Erfrierung Linker und Rechter Fusezehe"
