A kaiser in corsica ? Never heard of this. That sounds interesting if you guys have more info about it !

I agree with the reading "Kowno" / Kaunas and I also found a picture showing that the German Kaiser Wilhelm II made a visit in Kowno / Kaunas 1918. The photo could be taken 1918.
