              Please Help!

I realize that these are neither photos or paper items, but I would very much appreciate help in translation. These two sashes came back with souvenirs from a US veteran and I acquired them a couple of months ago.

I don't know if anyone collects these, but I would certainly love to know what they say...thank you in advance!

Does the blue and white signify Bavaria?

                        Hi William,

the first is in remembrance of the first mass (Heilige Messe) of the priest Eduard Binder.
The second is, with the colours white and blue, Bavarian. It is for the consecration of the flag from the catholic union of workers in Pfarrkirchen(?).

My great appreciation for the translations.

There must have been an incredible number of sashes created for nearly every occasion!
