        I believe it says Abs(ender) E. Phillippe, 3 Komp(any) Stadts-Btl, Hildesheim. Could be a bit off tho...

Briefly the document states that the costs for moving an SS office from Berlin to Braunschweig can only be covered by the Reich Treasury if an official requirement for the move is presented in writing.

                I read "... 3. Komp. Landst.- Batl. Hildesheim.." - 3. Kompanie

                Landsturm - Bataillon

                Hildesheim

I'm struggling with the handwriting on this strafnachricht.

bonus if anyone knows what the penal codes refer to.

Top left word i think is feldgericht, but that's about it.

                  Thanks

The first entry is § 267 and § 268 R.St.G.B. (ReichsStrafGesetzBuch) and the meaning is that the

soldier was punished because of forgery (Urkundenfälschung) and falsification (Fälschung von

                    Aufzeichnungen).

                    The next entry is § 64 M.St.G.B. (MilitätStrafGesetzBuch) Desertion F(ahnenflucht / Unerlaubte

                    Entfernung von der Truppe)
