From what i can read of the adress that sounds very likely, "Plochingen a. N." in "Deutschland" which is indeed located in Baden-Württemberg, thanks for the help Uwe!
Besides those two parts and the family name i'm having less succes then i hoped with the adress side, any help with this remainder would be appreciated.
