                  Kadetts were not using mess dress, as I know.

                      Possible, of course, but the writing "kadett" would never be inside this type of jacket as kadets were not issuing them.

                      So, not possible it's written "kadett".


                      I thought about first letter "B" of the second word.

                          I am looking also at the very low letter recognized as "h", the second one in the last word. It's strange to have only one letter such low. Could it be something other than "h"?

                          I think we're missing it completely, and the confusion this caused before to me is why I posted here ;-)
