I think the handwritings more the problem!

        Hello,
If it was a simple case of translation, i'm sure google could help me out but I've been trying to translate this which is on the back of a photo and i'm struggling. I think it's more the writing than anything else but if anyone could help, I would very much appreciate it

            Here the German text:

            "Meine erster Besatzung (Pz)

              Hi pauke

you also could not identify the place name from where the Ladeschütze came from. I tried too long to identify the location - without good results.

You are right, Gerdan, if you look too long it becomes worse and worse when you decipher something. My “first” look’s result is “Brschwg.”, which is an abbreviation for “Braunschweig”.

The fire brigade from Oberwalluf (close to Niederwalluf) has a chronicle of their missions during WW2.
They name a bomb attack on the "Haus Nussberg" in 1944

1944: Fliegerangriff auf Haus Nußberg mit Löscheinsatz, Fliegerangriff Rüdesheim, Löscheinsatz Katasteramt. Luftangriff auf Wiesbaden, Löscheinsatz in der Adolfsallee 51-59 vom Löschteich Opelhaus - Wassermangel durch Frost.

Here a postcard with a photo from "Haus Nussberg" (it is the timber framed house)
