            Hi everyone.

            Need to verify these 2.

Is it possible the VWA doc shows the signature of the name Klammert?

And can somebody translate the wound description in the SB?

            am 4.12.1944 Granatsplitter linker? Oberschenkel?
            7.12.1944 " Leichte ???

            Thanks in advance,

            Nick

              1) The signature could be "Klammert"

              2) Granatsplitter linker Oberschenkel

Granatsplitter rechte Gesäßbacke - shell splinter right buttock

Super! Thanks for your fast reply.

Adolf Klammert was the Lnt. u. Btl. Führer at that time so it has to be him. But I couldn't read it for sure in his signature.

....hit in the buttocks. That is not a nice place to get hit.

                Again thanks,
