                Here is a difficuilt one!
                The words on the left have been crossed.
                I tried to remove the blue inkt in Photoshop a bit as you can see.
                Maybe a German speaking member can recognize the words?
                Small chance.. but like we say in Holland.. "Not firing a shot is always a mis".

                  Here a wound or something, he was relocated thats why its a number first and then some text. I think it reads 25, thats for skin/tissue problems i believe?
