I was referring to the background colour of the collar patches. Sure he had silver piping but pilots should have yellow. Red was for flak personnel.

Bringing this tread briefly back to confirm that this is a post war reproduction.

See the backside of the image below indicating "Klaus Patzwall". Am I correct that this is from the authors collection or reproduced image for one of his publications?

I am interested in selling this item and did not want to misrepresent it time frame for when it was produced.
