That's a very nice piece. And really rare too, i've never seen this film anywhere concerning the frames.

                      Regards

                            film

Great example of how little the Nazis understood the United States and the danger of falling for your own propaganda. Wonder what some of that filmstrip's viewers thought when they finally met the Americans on the battlefield? This filmstrip clearly would not have prepared them for that experience.

What do forum members think most Germans actually felt about the USA in the Nazi era?

                              Here comes the cavalry!
Without getting too political, I think that your history is not always the most glorious. IMO no nation (except perhaps for some really, really small one) can point its finger at any other. A lot of bad things come from the USA, as well as a lot of good things. That goes for Germany, Sweden, China, Holland etc etc, too.
In times of war countries talk a lot of **** about each other. The American pictures of Germany and the German people weren´t always the nicest. Who started? Who was right? Some things we today KNOW weren´t right, but a lot of things are in the "twilightzone".

I couldn't have said it better. I have to deal weekly with silly americans and their clichés about germans because they're stationed here, and those clichés are the same as during WW2.
