I have another book from this publisher:

        Arthurs Silgailis: Latviesu Legions

        Imanta, Copenhagena, MCMLXIV (1964)

        Printed by: H.C. M******248;llers Bogtrykkeri a-s (H.C. Moeller's Printing House Ltd.)

There's a lot of photos and maps from the Latvian SS-Legion

Was "Imanta" an excile publisher of Latvian books?

That seems like a good guess. As I posted earlier, there is a suburb of Riga called Imanta - so it is probably no coincidence that the publisher is named the same.
