I do not know letter,stationary stuff. But as long as it is real-who cares if it is stained. Real is what matters first and formost to me. To me It looks like it does have some natural aging from a light source, like the sun. but I guess a 30 year old fake would have that too.
-lets wait awhile for those more knowledgable than I to comment.

The stationary looks fine to me-but I am not an expert.

Printing Quality looks too low for an AH personal item. He was one for goin 3x(1st class) when having stuff like this made up.

Also the heavily stained nature of the doc to me means someone is trying to hide something.

I wish there was an easy way to detect 'Tannic Acid' (tea stains) would make discovering fakes much easer.

I would say you will have to compare it to an know original to be 100%.
