Hi Gary,

indeed, it's a document attested 1937 by a German notary dealing with a real estate.

The owner of this piece of land had died and than a community of hairs had a case on the fact who are the new owners now.

The result was that one part of the hairs had to pay a sum of money to the others.

And as that piece of land was encumbered with mortages they also had to share the encombrance among the hairs.

As this is a pure legal document it's difficult for me to translate the contense exactly.

German notaries had to use their official seal with the German coat of arms of 1937.

Hi Gary, Gerdan got it pretty much summed up...its about the heirs of an estate sorting out the ownership of that estate...what is of interest to me personally is that I spent 2 1/2 years of life at the army officer school in Zittau and I know all of the places being mentioned in the documents personally....
