Mortgage? Deed?

Finding things I totally forgot I had. Looks like some sort of contract, a mortgage or deed for land in Ukraine?
Notary seals by Dr. jur. Martin Bitterlich, dated 1937.
Like mentioned before, paper is not my field. Picked this up,? long time ago.
Its not military, so probably not desirable.

Just a simple deed for a property in Germany.
I think you mixed up the words Urkunde with Ukraine.
Urkunde means in this case deed.

I can't really see anywhere what exactly this is for...the pages you show only really deal with the fees they had to pay...could you show a scan of the actual text page or pages? It probably is a straight forward property sale of some sort in Germany. Chees, Torsten.
