Early A.A.6 picture from a small Konvolut I have of this unit. Words cannot express how much I like finding out new details on this picture. The helmet and MG-ammo clip inside the Kfz.13, the girl standing on the Sdkfz.231, the details of the Einsteiglücke. Not to mention the old RW-number plate. Yes, the Kfz.13 came a long way.

Thomas, nice photos! I think I have a Dienstvorschrift of Kfz.13 somewhere but I could find it immediately...

Argh, another envy-worthy photo of yours, Akira-Sensei! I really like v.Saucken, the old commander of 4.Pz.Div. and a very much self-aware Prussian cavalry commander. He only came home in 1955 with the very last German prisoners, certainly a fate he did not deserve.

Here is another one of the A.A.6 Konvolut.

And here is one from an unknown Konvolut, there are some markings on the vehicles but I can't make out what it is supposed to be...

                          colorized armored car

                          Hi Akira,

Great photo as usual. Was it already colorized or did you color it?

                          Comment

Despite somewhat strange looking details (yes, I noticed those faces too), it is an original Agfacolor slide, not a colorized B/W image.

Jason, no date unfortunately, but closer looking of the entire set may reveal it. Stay tuned.
