Wow..... look at that camo pattern! If someone were to reproduce this in say 1/35 scale, paint it exactly like it appears in the photo and enter it into a scale modeling competition, the judges would have a field day with it!

Incredible. I can't remember ever seeing a camo pattern quite like this before! Great photo. Thanks very much for posting it.

Here's a shot of a wreck that appears in one of my photo albums (this one happens to be to a Pz.Rgt.4 then 13.Pz.Div. Pz.III crew member, then 2./s.Pz.Abt.502 Tiger crew member who survived the war and assembled the album post war, hence the plastic corner holders.)

Unfortunately, there's no date or caption on the reverse of this one, however given the other photos on the preceding and following pages in the album, I believe it was taken in France, circa 10 - 20 May 1940.
