In your photo the Opel has been requisitioned for use by the military.
So a description would be something like this:
An Opel Olympia PKW (passenger car) in use by a Heer unit.
The term PKW also describes any military vehicle (not including trucks) that was designed to carry passengers, kubelwagens for example.
