I just got through the entire stack after starting in November. Excellent collection, and it has been very educational looking them over.

We both aged a bit in the process of viewing and posting... I'm glad you enjoyed mine and many other collectors photos on this thread.

I will certainly be posting many more as they come in. In fact I just received a group of portraits and photos on former member of Sonderverband 288 Afrika. I had previously posted some photos of the same officer a few years back and recently and luckily came upon more photos of this decorated officer on ebay. Unfortunately it is evident that someone tore apart a photo album and the photos got split up. I'm kind of reuniting them and no telling how many I missed. There is a second grouping also on the way to me. What is interesting in this grouping it shows pictures of him in the early Hitler youth, then SA, Schützenverein and portraits of his parents. This officer hailed from Bremen Germany. I will be posting them soon.
