Here's an unknown young soldier, who according to the photos reverse, was killed in action at Leningrad on December 20, 1941.

Battalion Commander

Here's a battalion commander. Not sure of his ank. Clearly a WW I vet based on his EK II ribbon. Also has the German Cross in Gold, if I have that designation correct. Unfortunately, there's no name or unit on the back, Abt. Kds., which I assume means Battalion commander.
