I believe this is Nordland, and is SS-Hauptscharfuhrer Alfred Becker. There is a grouping for sale to him online, and the photos for sale as part of that grouping (of a wedding also in February 1945) look very similar to that one of yours, so it is perhaps one that was split from the group previously.

I received the lot from the seller and I chose the photo that interested me, since the lot could be sold separately. Then probably the lot was proposed, without my photo, to Dutch Militaria who bought it entirely.
