Checking my files, I found this uniform attributed to Wolff that was sold in the States a few years back. If you look closely on the ribbon bar there's an indication of the German Olympic Decoration 1st Class.

But.. is looks fishy to me.

Dr. Hans Niedecken-Gebhard
Awarded on: August 16th, 1936

He was a German film and artistic director, who in the period from 1936 to 1939 directed numerous monumental scale festival in Berlin, including the Olympic Games.

For that he was awarded the Olympic decoration 1st Class.
