Aerial Victories - 2

Ju 87D-3 Werk # 2298 "T6 +?K" (lost July 1942), Fw 190F-8 (lost 10th Apr 1945).

RK (6th Apr 1944), DKiG (13th Feb 1943), EP (23rd Nov 1942).

Russian POW 10 April, 1945, but managed to escape. His F-8 crashed at Markersdorf after combat with Russian fighters. 1058 missions including 34 in the Fw 190. Destroyed 86 tanks, 2 armored trains, 2 ships and 5 bridges. Shot down once but managed to bail out successfully. Wounded once in a takeoff accident in his Ju 87.
