Aside from being a KC holder, he was among the most helpful veterans for my "Das Reich" research as well his former regiment. Additionally he trusted me with great details of various specific events or personnel not for publication.

Hard for him after Barkmann died as they were best friends.

Pardon, but what's the MONTH with regards to ordering the 'Tiger im Schlamm'?

The website's contact is only for pharmacy matters as everyone knows.

Do I call the Apotheke directly and ask for shipping costs and details?

Sorry, if that mentioned somewhere before in this thread.

                  Thanks and regards!

                    Greetings All,
It has been a long time since I had anything to post in this section. I came home from work today and found a surprise in my mailbox. It was an envelope that contained three signed pictres from Herr Reinhard Hardegen. I was shocked. I had sent those pictures out a year ago in July and had given up hope of ever getting them back. Just goes to show that patience is truly a virtue. Plus, Herr Hardegen, being 99 years old, I am so honored that he would respond to me.

My first signed U-Boat commander will occupy a place of honor on my wall of Knights Cross Winners

Hi Markus! although the contact address is really only for pharmaceutical affairs, it is quite desired by Mr. Goeddel to order the book by mail. He directs the mail to his father, then he comes into contact with you and clarifies all the other things for example cost, address, etc. Worked out well!
