I found this tag in a field (I've been looking for the rest of it for the last 2 years on and off but no luck yet) and would love to know more about the unit. Can anyone help me with info please?

The field is close to a road used by the US 119th Inf Regt on their way north but no fighting took place there so I can only imagine that the owner of the tag was a local who disposed of it after the war.
