    Ballonbatterie 100

    I found this tag in a field (I've been looking for the rest of it for the last 2 years on and off but no luck yet) and would love to know more about the unit. Can anyone help me with info please?

      Many thanks for the info Simon. The farmer turns up nice stuff every time he ploughs but not that nice The field is close to a road used by the US 119th Inf Regt on their way north but no fighting took place there so I can only imagine that the owner of the tag was a local who disposed of it after the war.
