This document was signed by a Frontfuehrer of the OT (can you read correctly the sign? I can't read it clearly... ) in september 1944 to pay a rent of a house in the zone of Osoppo in the OZAK...

Is it a Dienststempel or a Poststempel?
If it's a Dienststempel, then "526" could be for OT-Trupp 526. OT 3-digit numbers in the 500-series were always for OT-Trupps until late 1944. After that, the OT set up so-called Front-Bataillonen, some of which were numbered up to 510.

I do not have a list of all OT units. You will need to get the following books to obtain this information:
