These are FLL PO Badges - although in Buntmetall rather than zinc.

thanks guys for the info. Now I clearly see the distinction between the two (great badges Tim O.) I actually just purchased this badge today and am really happy with it. It was mentioned that this is zinc. Are both the wreath and eagle zinc or is wreath zinc and eagle tombak?

Does anyone know if there are any reference books out there for these badges?
