Hey Dai, the news on these isn't the best IMHO...Are you using the same supplier (as per the KM badges discussed the other day?) Cheers, SLast edited by Steve P; 10-03-2009, 01:27 AM.Cheers, Steve

Dai I think the unmarked one is good, but I have my doubts about the GWL ( the pitting on the back, and the finnish has me concerned). It still could be good,....... but lets wait to here what the experts have to sayLast edited by mike y; 10-03-2009, 07:04 AM.

Hi again Dai,
If I had to say at a push I think the Wegerhoff is most likely to be original but I have a few issues with the obverse...the reverse looks ok...
The unmarked badge is not original IMO...But as Mike says expert opinion is best mate, no wish to rain on your parade so to speak...just my humble opine! Not too tied to it mate so best of it.... cheers,
SCheers, Steve

Hi Lubo,
...I was writing my last post below when you came into this thread mate...
Well! you could be write on the GWL, though I am very suspect on the unmarked badge as a reproduction, as you say the eagle is very suspect as are a couple of other features IMO...
As Mike says let's hear from others and we may get some clearer views! We could all be proven wrong huh! The important thing is to enjoy the discussion and learn from the discourse...opinions are just that and I'm sure we are all here to help & learn!
Cheers,
SCheers, Steve

Hey Indy,
This one's got me intrigued now...What do you think is the issue with the rivets mate...I am looking at a (verified) GWL and I see that the rivets possibly look a little less defined and deep, but I actually thought they may have been ok? I was more concerned with the Obverse details seeming more clinical than an original rather than having so much an issue with the reverse...Let us know your thoughts? Cheers again, SCheers, Steve
