      Hi Daniel,

We haven't decided who we will go with yet. My first concern is always to finish the book first, and then make the decision on the publishing. If you don't finish the book in the first place, you would have wasted time with talking to a publisher far in advance.

We have had several offers from a few publishers and interest from a few others. We may even publish ourselves, who knows. My primary concern right now is gathering up all the pictures of all the different variants. The book is completely written, its now just a matter of getting all the pics in from collectors all over the world and will take several more weeks to complete.

Thanks for the interest, I know you guys will love it!

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

        Tom:

Whoever you do go with, please make it so that it is accessible to collectors in the US as well....I have spoken to a major book dealer here who sets up at many shows and he gets many requests for the PAB book which he can not honor and this is leaving a lot of collectors without much needed information. I know the PAB book can be ordered through the mail but there are those who do not buy books that way, they stock up at shows.

        Best,

        John

          Hi John,

I can assure you that this will NOT be a problem for my book. I know very well the problems collectors and dealers have had with the PAB book, and can tell you that this will not happen with the Para book.

Thanks for all the interest guys, both here and with the many PMs. I appreciate it and know you guys will really enjoy the book.

            Tom...

I can say with much certainly that will be much appreciated by the collecting community as there are still many out there who do not read the forums on a regular basis or at all but are in need of information and are great fans of books aka the printed word found on paper, which will never go out of style in my opinion or at least not for another thirty or forty years.

Kudos to you grand sir and I look forward to your effort on this much favored and appreciated badge worn by men who jumped into a greatly different and simpler world.

            Best,

            John
