I'm afraid I'm a repeat offender. I don't have your book either! Looks like I never will now, as it's out of print if I'm not mistaken.

I did manage to order a copy of Philippe's PAB book though.

Re. the Flak Badge, whilst of course there's nothing like actually having it in hand (which I don't yet), I can tell you that it is actually part of a larger grouping that includes case (appropriate type), and some documentation, etc. Based on the source, my feeling is that it isn't put together. A hands-on will of course reveal more though.
