Yep, FLL it is. The hinge is NOT repaired in my opinion, you can still see the silver finish on top of the solder. Pin also looks period and not a replacement IMO.

Thomas/Dion I learned something here
I was looking at the hinge sleeve the pin is soldered to. It seemed like it was almost not there, when most of the ones I have seen were the same size or at least close to the hinge sleeves/barrels. After a search of the forum, I found several more of different diameters. This one is very small, but of course like you mentioned absolutely correct.
