It always makes me wonder how GWL made such incredibly finished (they stand the test of time!) P/O, P, O, and Paras, but the RO/AG, AG, Flak & GABs are marginal. ???

Gee.... who knows.... maybe someday they will be yours!

Retired pilot, and the ground assault badge are a close call for me. I just think the ground assault badge has a really cool design, and the idea of Luftwaffe infantry is also very neat.

I would rather have the retired pilot's badge over the ground assault though!

Wow that is a tough call. My favorite at the moment is the Ground Assault Badge. I like the lightning bolt hitting the ground. With that, they all look pretty good to me. I do think that the most un-appealing Luftwaffe would be the air-sea badge. (Not that I would not be jumping for joy if I came across and irrefutable example.....but that is not going to be happening any time soon).

Well....If money were no object then the PO with Diamonds would be a favorite hands down!
However I have to pick the Erdkamph as the look of gathering storm clouds with a Bolt of lightning is an affordable collectable badge!

Perhaps the lack of interest for flight clasps is just because there are no books about them? A nice book would create an interest for those very nice awards!

I was torn between the pilots badge, and para badge. I voted for the para badge. Just too cool to beat! It's funny how in the poll results the pilot and para are now neck and neck though for the top spot!
